How to Brew

Ingredients:

• 1–2 tsp dried or fresh Ixora coccinea flowers

• 1–2 tsp green tea leaves

• 8 oz (≈240 ml) water

• Honey or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Boil filtered water and let it cool slightly to 175°F (80°C).

2. Add Ixora flowers and green tea leaves to a teapot or infuser.

3. Pour hot water over the tea and steep for 3–4 minutes.

4. Strain into a cup.

5. Optionally, add honey or lemon to taste.

Tips:

• Use fresh, high-quality ingredients for best flavor.
